Summertime Meals and Two New Grilling Recipes

We've had some beautiful summer days recently -
not too hot, just about perfect ...
making our patio our favorite place -

A place to relax at the end of a work day,
and the place we prefer to enjoy our meal
together - just the two of us.

Grilled meals are the best these days
and in recent weeks, I've come across
two new recipes to add to my collection ...

Grilled Asparagus and New Potatoes,
and also Bacon-Wrapped Tilapia,
both using our grilling basket.

Sharing these two recipes,
adding them to my "Family Recipes"
collection here on my blog ...

  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 6 small red potatoes (about 3/4 lb) unpeeled, quartered
