Three year-old Cruz has been saying for months that he wants a "baby sister", and a week ago today, he received his wishes. In just one short week, he has come to love his little sister so much - it has been so fun to watch him as he was first introduced to little baby sister Eva, and then since her birth, as he is learning how to be gentle and treat his little baby sister with care. Sometimes a challenge for an active little boy, but he is doing great!
Today his mommy needed some quiet, uninterrupted time with her new baby girl - and his "grama" needed some not-so-quiet, fun time with her grandson! So - on a beautiful spring day, Cruz came over to spend the day with "grama" and "grampa". Treasuring my time with Cruz today ...
