Almost thirty years ago I gave birth to a precious baby girl, and this baby girl is now all grown up - and two weeks ago she gave birth to her own precious baby girl.
So it was the time for me to look through our boxes in our storage room to find a collection of little baby girl clothes ... some that our youngest daughter had worn when she was my baby girl.
With tears of joy, and with thanks, I wrapped these memories up ...
And gave them to our sweet daughter ...

Oh Cherry, how precious that she will be wearing her mother's clothes...I know when you see her in them, many memories will be stirred....
ReplyDeleteBy the way, she is absolutely beautiful and so is your daughter....three generations of women that are the apple of God's eye....
How precious. Makes me miss my own kids at that sweet age. I've kept a few of my favorite outfits from when mine were little, and hopefully one day I will be able to do the same thing, pass them on.
ReplyDeleteBoth your daughter and your granddaughter are beautiful! Congratulations! It must be amazing to watch your own daughter bring her daughter into the world!
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful, my own daughter has three daughters and it is a special thing to see the 'bonding' between mom and daughters then daughters and grandma. I love it. That little one of yours is adorable.
ReplyDeleteThis post made me tear up -- it is simply beautiful. What a gift, a treasure, that you saved for your daughter and her daughter. Lovely.
ReplyDeleteAnd your granddaughter? Absolutely beautiful.
Thank you for sharing -- I was blessed reading it.
