At the beginning of this most wonderful of seasons: full of love, good deeds, gift-buying, cookie baking, home decorating, gathering with family and friends, anticipation of the merriest day of the year - a reminder to wrap our hearts securely all through the month with the Greatest Gift.
Christmas is ...
"living in appreciation of what we have already been given -
God's perfect gift, a Redeemer whose name is Jesus Christ."
Loving Lord, as we busily prepare for the magical day of Christmas, may we remember the Greatest Gift of all, the Gift that lasts all through the year.
