Weekly Menu Plan ~ Jan. 10-16



Still adding pages to my new planner for the new year ... now a page for menus. Trying to consolidate more things into this one notebook. I had a larger 8.5 x 11 notebook in the kitchen for menu plans (and other things), but now want to try using my new planner for this, as well. More things all together, in one place. I love to organize and plan, so switching things around from time to time just adds to the fun.

Menu Plan for this week:

Mon. - 30-minute Chicken Noodle Soup (a new recipe to try)

Tues. - Barbecued Pork Sandwiches (cooking a roast in the slow cooker for 10 hours)

Wed. - Dijon-crusted Chicken Breasts (another new recipe)
            Corn Spoon Bread (a side dish, prepared in the slow cooker for 4 hours)

Thurs. - Cheeseburger Mac

Fri. - FAMILY MEAL (menu to be decided)

Sat. - PARTY FOR 2-year old CRUZ!

Sun. - Meal Out

    The menu plans sound delicious! And yes, filling the notebook is going to take time...but isn't it great to know exactly what you are going to cook for dinner? :)
