Five Days with Two Grandkids

An opportunity came up recently for one of our daughters and her hubby to fly to San Diego, spending time off together, and also spending time with good friends. And ... we, as grama and grampa, were given the opportunity to spend time with their two sweet children - two of our 10 grandkids! And even more fun ... we got to spend a bit of time with three other grandkids during those days, and also with one of our sons. Thankful for family who live nearby!

Life is full, and sometimes it takes a concentrated effort to pause, and give undivided attention to those we love. The days of April 9-14 were five days where we gave our full attention to these two precious grandkids ...

Thank You, Lord ... for filling us with strength (keeping up with a five year-old boy, and a two year-old girl!), and such great joy as we cared for and played with these two for five days! So many memories ... so much love!
