Welcome to the warmth of November,
the month of crisp fall air,
candles, and soup simmering on the stove.
The month of family and friends,
of gathering around the table,
the giving of thanks.
For those who nurture and make a home,
there is baking, and there are festive preparations,
the opening of our hearts and homes.
And for all,
there is a need for a loving Father, a Savior,
with mercy, grace, and love available
for all our daily moments.
Blessed is the one
who trusts in the Lord,
whose confidence is in Him.
