Grilled Potatoes


This grilled potato recipe has been a favorite of ours for a number of years now. It's easy to prepare, and is so delicious to serve along with a variety of grilled meats. The potatoes are tender, tasty, and add the perfect touch to a summer meal! This year we have potatoes from our garden to use, which makes them even more delicious.

Grilled Potatoes

Serves: 6

Ingredients

  • 8 potatoes medium, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 6 tablespoons butter or margarine

Directions

  1. On half of a 24-inch piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil, arrange the potato slices in overlapping rows.

  2. Combine garlic powder, seasoned salt, paprika, and Parmesan cheese; sprinkle over the potatoes.

  3. Dot with butter. Seal foil over potatoes.

  4. Grill over medium heat for 30 minutes or until tender, turning once.
