Of More Value Than Gold

At the start of a New Year, and every day ~ who doesn't want refreshment, joy, insight, and things of more value even than gold, and sweeter than the sweetest of honey? And these things are to be found ~

"The instructions of the Lord are perfect,

reviving the soul -

The commandments of the Lord are right,

bringing joy to the heart -

The commands of the Lord are clear,

giving insight for living -

They are more desirable than gold.

They are sweeter than honey,

even honey dripping from the comb."

(from Psalm 19:7-10)

Lord, give me a heart to seek after You and Your Words above all else this coming year ... may I think on Your Words "day and night" for in You lies all that we need.  (Joshua 1:8)
