First Love

"Be still in My Presence, 

even though countless tasks clamor for your attention. 

Nothing is as important as spending time with Me.

Sometimes we need to sacrifice the urgent things of the moment, to grab hold of what is most important. Needing to be reminded of this on the morning of a full day ... 

"As you wait in My Presence, enjoy the greatest gift of all:

Christ in you, the hope of Glory."

"Don't copy the behavior and customs of this world,

but let God transform you into a new person

by changing the way you think.

Then you will learn to know God's will for you,

which is good and pleasing and perfect."
