We recently made a visit to Trader Joe's for the first time, and came home with a few items (see photo). I was happy to find some Basil Pesto, and also the dried apples, two things that I was looking for to use in some new recipes. Also happy to find the bag of rice crackers ... our family loves those. And we loved the yoghurt, delicious served with some of the granola sprinkled on top. Will want to get more of that ...
Continuing on with menu planning, just listing some recipes for each category, and being flexible as to what day of the week to serve each item. And also leaving some of the meals open to just fill with menu ideas as I go through the week ...
