Meatloaf
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
3 Tablespoons Heinz 57 Sauce
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
dash pepper
Combine ingredients thoroughly.
Place in a lightly greased loaf pan (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches).
Brush top with additional Heinz 57 Sauce.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
Allow meatloaf to stand 5 minutes before slicing.
Use additional Heinz 57 Sauce when serving, if desired.
Makes 6-8 servings
Note: Meatloaf may be shaped into a loaf (8 x 4 x 1/2 inches) in a lightly greased shallow pan instead of using the loaf pan.

Love your Tasty Tuesday! This made me smile because I use the meatloaf recipe my mom always made. It's one from Ann Landers in the paper I believe. I serve mashed potatoes and peas with it, too. Most recipes are up for adjustment, but I think my family would give me a sideways look if I messed with their meatloaf! Funny how that works:)
